Demo · E4
A website for a letting agency - built to get a viewing requested.
Each home is a numbered plate, each viewing day is dated, and one email asks for a visit.
A buyer or a tenant arrives with one question: can I see it, and when? The site answers with a dated list of viewing days and the homes on show each day, so the next step is one email.
It is a finished five-page site you can open and press. Buy this one and the same structure is drawn for your agency and your homes.
Hornbeam Gate is a business we invented so there was something real to design for. It is not a client of ours. Its homes, streets and prices are invented too, and its telephone number and email address reach nobody.

Judgement
What this build demonstrates
Each viewing day lists its homes
Every home on a viewing day has an email link already carrying the home and the date. The reply can then be a time, and the link is the whole form. Dates count forward from today.
Each home is a plate with a caption, in the way a gallery labels work
Number, street, area, type, bedrooms and price, in a small caption under a large image. Every new home inherits the same layout, so a page of eight homes looks like one hand made it.
Drawings where the photographs would go
This demo has no photographs, so each home is a flat drawing on a colour field, with its own roofline and window rhythm. A real build uses your agency's photographs in the same frames.
An empty slot for the licence
The contact page holds a labelled slot where a real agency states its licence and how it holds client money. We left it empty, because the rules differ by market and an invented one would mislead.
Fit
The kind of business it suits
A small agency whose listings change a few times a year and whose buyers want to see a place.
- Independent letting agencies
- Small estate agents with one office
- Property managers with a handful of homes
- Small developers showing new homes on set days
An agency that lists a new home every week wants a Self-managed site, where you make the changes yourself.
Your site
Yours would be built the same way
Same price, same week, drawn for your trade. You see five design directions first and pick the one that ships.
