As its partners' agreements are not secret, Kalebtec Studio S.C has its own legal personality under Article 1669 of the Spanish Código Civil, and it contracts, invoices and answers in its own name. The company is represented by its two joint managing partners (administradores solidarios), Rowin Kaleb Hernández Fagúndez and Marianela Elizabeth Rodríguez Maestre, either of whom may act on its behalf.

As is correct for this legal form, Kalebtec Studio S.C is a Sociedad Civil constituted by private contract under the Spanish Código Civil and domiciled in Vigo, and it is not entered in the Registro Mercantil — mercantile-registry inscription applies to sociedades mercantiles (such as an SL), not to a Sociedad Civil — so, because Article 10 LSSI-CE calls for registry particulars only where the provider is in fact entered in a registry, none apply here. No regulated profession or professional association is involved. Kalebtec Websites is a service and product of Kalebtec Studio S.C; general information about the company is available at kalebtec.com.

02 — Purpose of the Site

The Site presents and sells the Kalebtec Websites service — a productized, fixed-price website design and build service. The commercial terms that apply when you buy are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

03 — Terms of use of the Site

By accessing and using the Site, you agree to:

• Use the Site and its content lawfully and in good faith.
• Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, or transform the Site's content without our authorisation, except where the law permits.

We may deny or withdraw access to the Site, without notice, to anyone who breaches these terms of use.

04 — Intellectual property in the Site

Unless stated otherwise, the content of the Site — text, graphics, logos, design, layout, animations, and code — belongs to Kalebtec Studio S.C or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law. This concerns the Kalebtec Websites marketing site itself. The intellectual property in the websites we build for clients is governed separately by our Terms & Conditions, under which those rights transfer to the client on delivery.

The "Kalebtec" name and logo may not be used without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. A link doesn't imply we endorse them.

06 — Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any harm arising from use of the Site. This doesn't limit any liability that can't lawfully be limited, nor the rights of consumers described in our Terms & Conditions.
