If Care's price moves, or the published €100/h your member discount comes off, yours holds twelve further months. We announce any change sixty days ahead.

Tell us the first month wasn't worth it and we refund it, consumer or business. A month charged after you stopped comes back too.
Every price on this page includes VAT (IVA). The figure you see is the whole of it for that billing period — set-up, activation and leaving are all inside the price.
Anything beyond a small change goes at your member rate — 20% off our published €100/h, quoted in one line and agreed before we start.
Hosting on its own is still there, underneath. Year 1 is free on every site we deliver, then €15/mo or €150/yr. Care includes it.
The honest part
When you shouldn't buy Care.
If you change something once or twice a year, Care is bad value and we'd rather tell you now. Two small changes à la carte is €100 for the year; Care is €468. Buy the hours instead and keep the difference.
If you bought a Self-managed site so you could edit it yourself, hosting on its own is probably all you need — you already own the part Care mostly sells.
Care earns its keep the other way round: something changes most months, and you'd rather the updates, the fixes and the person who knows your site were already arranged.

A small change is one of these
- Swap some text, fix a typo, reword a section
- Update your hours, your prices, your menu
- Replace a photo or a PDF you send us

- One thing, on one page, ready to publish — new menu text is one change; new menu text and new home-page photos is two. A shade over and we just do it; genuinely bigger and you get the price and the care-day first
These are add-ons, not small changes

We always tell you before anything counts as extra. You get one line — what it is, what it costs, when it lands — and nothing starts until you say yes.
How it works
Two care-days a week. You always know which one is yours.
Changes are batched into two fixed care-days, Tuesday and Thursday — priority rather than instant, and always a day we can name before we start.
You write
Send what you'd like changed to hello@kalebtec.com — a sentence is enough, with the new photo, menu or PDF attached. It all happens in writing.
Rowin reads it
A real person on the team reads it and tells you which care-day yours lands on.
It goes live on the care-day
Tuesday or Thursday. We write back when it's live, in plain words, with what changed.
If it's bigger than a small change
You get the price and the date first, and you decide. Your change for the month stays untouched either way.

Renewals and refunds
How billing works.
Care renews automatically, and we write before every annual renewal. At least 30 days ahead: what ends and when, that you can decline up to the renewal date, and what is charged if you stay — with an invoice for every period.
Cancel an annual plan part-way and we settle up — a refund, never a bill. Your annual price minus the monthly price for each month you used. It can reach zero, and it reaches your original card within 14 days.
Buying as a consumer, you have 14 days to change your mind. From the day you subscribe, for any reason. Everything comes back to your card within 14 days, with nothing deducted for the days you used.
Fixing something we delivered is free, on Care or off it. Consumers get two years under Arts. 118-120 TRLGDCU, whatever a contract says. Businesses get 30 days from delivery under Terms §09. Care sits on top, and a fix never uses your change for the month.

Cancel any time. The site stays yours.
Care is a convenience, never a hostage. You own the site and its code from the day you accept it, on Care or off it.

Care. A menu swap is exactly a small change: you send the new one and it goes live on the next care-day, every time.
Can I move between Care and Care+?
