What happens when you press send

A person reads this. Not a bot, not a queue, and never a call you have to book — everything happens in writing, so you keep a record of every word.
You get a copy by email straight away, with your reference on it, plus a sign-in link to the console where it sits with us. You never need a password to get back to it.
What you send waits in your console, and we only use it to answer you. Our Privacy Policy says what we keep, for how long, and how to have it deleted

We answer as soon as we honestly can — after Care and Care+. Nothing starts, and nothing is charged, until you have said yes to the price and the date.

Pressing send is free. You pay only after you have agreed a price with us in writing.
