A single sticker price comes once we've built enough stores to stand behind one. Until then you get your own number, from your catalogue, fixed in writing before anything is agreed.
The published band
Your store lands inside that band, depending on your catalogue. You know the floor and the ceiling before you write to us, so you can decide today if we fit.
A bigger build costs less per page, and that saving is already in the number we send. One design system, one setup and one release cycle cover more of the site.
We gain from talking you down. A padded build is a refund we owe, so the smallest scope that does the job pays us best. "A page with buy buttons is enough" is a normal answer.

Each one has a cheaper answer, and when it fits, we say so.
Ten products and a thousand are different builds. Under about ten, a page with buy buttons does the job, far cheaper and faster.
Card only is simple. Card, PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery are four flows to build and test. Pick the ones you'll use.
Flat-rate shipping to one country is one setting. Weight bands across the EU with pickup points take far more building. Downloads and bookings are different again.
Selling in one country is one set of rules. Selling across the EU brings a VAT rate per country and the OSS return. This answer moves the number most often.

You get a sign-in to the console our clients use. The brief covers catalogue, payments, shipping and tax, and saves as you go.
Only your written acceptance starts a project: you accept the scope and price you've read, as a separate step. Until then you can walk away at no cost.
If we'll be slower than five business days, we tell you why and when before they're up. If we go quiet for more than ten business days, write to hello@kalebtec.com: that counts as a complaint.
