Care can't be bought on this site yet — the buy button waits on one-click cancellation, and leaving will cost exactly as few clicks as joining. Until it does, we set it up by hand: you see the price in writing, and nothing is charged until you say yes.

What happens when you press send

  • A person reads this. Not a bot, not a queue, and never a call you have to book — everything happens in writing, so you keep a record of every word.
  • You get a copy by email straight away, with your reference on it, plus a sign-in link to the console where it sits with us. You never need a password to get back to it.
  • What you send waits in your console, and we only use it to answer you. Our Privacy Policy says what we keep, for how long, and how to have it deleted

We write back with the price in writing and set it up by hand. Nothing is charged until you say yes, there is no minimum term, and you can stop it at any time before the next renewal.

Pressing send is free. You pay only after you have agreed a price with us in writing.
