Send it any day and we tell you which care-day it goes live on — Tuesday or Thursday. On Care, a small change each month is already yours: nothing to approve, nothing to pay, nothing counting down.

Are you on a plan?

It decides how fast you hear back, so it is worth a click.

A sentence is enough. Say where on the site it lives if it is not obvious, and send us the new text, photo, menu or PDF in your reply to the confirmation.

What happens when you press send

  • A person reads this. Not a bot, not a queue, and never a call you have to book — everything happens in writing, so you keep a record of every word.
  • You get a copy by email straight away, with your reference on it, plus a sign-in link to the console where it sits with us. You never need a password to get back to it.
  • What you send waits in your console, and we only use it to answer you. Our Privacy Policy says what we keep, for how long, and how to have it deleted

On Care you get a first reply within two business days; on Care+, within one. Without a plan we answer as soon as we honestly can — after Care and Care+. Either way we tell you the care-day yours goes live on. If what you are asking for is bigger than a small change, you get the price and the date first, and nothing starts until you say yes.
