Demo · C3

A website for a software studio - built to be taken seriously by a bigger client.

Five pages, real code on the page, and an enquiry that asks for what a quote needs.

A buyer at a company ten times your size reads your site looking for reasons to say no. This one answers the questions procurement asks, shows code the team wrote and ends in a brief you can quote from.

It is a finished five-page site you can open and press. Buy this one and we build the same pages around your services, your work and your people.

Garnet Court, its people and its three clients are invented, and its email address and phone number reach nobody.

Judgement

What this build demonstrates

  • Code on the page is the only monospace

The page is dark with one amber accent. Real code samples are the only monospaced text, so the engineering reads as engineering and the rest stays easy to read.

  • The first screen answers the doubts of a larger buyer

Five questions a procurement team asks, about who owns the code and what happens if the studio stops trading, sit directly under the headline.

  • Case summaries with no results invented

Each summary gives a problem, a flow diagram and the hard part. No client is named and no figure is made up, so nothing on the page needs a footnote.

  • An enquiry that tells the studio what to quote

The form asks for the kind of work, what exists already, the budget band, the date and the reviews on the buyer's side. A brief builds as you type and opens as a draft email.

Fit

The kind of business it suits

A small team that sells skilled work to larger companies.

  • Software and IT studios of three to ten people
  • Data, security and infrastructure consultancies
  • Specialist engineering teams who take project work
  • Agencies that build for other companies' internal systems

A poor fit for a product with sign-ups and a price list. A single page does that job, and we would say so and point you at the One-pager.

Your site

Yours would be built the same way

Same price, same week, drawn for your trade. You see five design directions first and pick the one that ships.
