What you get: AI Site Audit. A person reads your actual site or code and writes you one answer: what it needs, what it costs to finish as one fixed price, and whether it is safe. It is a decision, not a repair manual: no bug list with file names, no step-by-step fix, and no code to paste back into the tool. Say yes to the build and this €195 comes off it in full.
The price: €195 total, VAT (IVA) included. That is the whole price of the audit and the only thing you are paying for today. The fixed price to finish that comes back to you is a separate decision you are free to say no to, and saying no costs you nothing more.
When you get it: We write to you within one business day of the day work may start - which is the day you pay if you ask us to begin straight away, and otherwise the day after your 14 days end - to collect your link and your files. Your audit follows within five business days of everything we asked for arriving. That clock waits on you, not the other way round: it starts when your materials land and it pauses whenever we are still waiting. If we miss it for a reason within our control, you get the €195 back in full and you keep anything we had already sent you.
What we need from you: The link to your site, your files or a repository export, and two sentences on what you were trying to build. It all arrives by email: there is nothing to upload here and no form to fill in. Take your keys and passwords out before you send anything, and if we find any still in there we will tell you what to change.
What happens to what you send: It stays inside the studio, is used only to do your audit, and is never published or reused. We delete it within six months of the end of your engagement, and sooner if you ask us to - that is your right under the GDPR. The full statement is in our Privacy Policy.
Minimum term: None. This is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews, nothing recurs, and there is nothing to cancel later. Buying the audit does not commit you to the build: the fixed price that comes back is a separate decision.
Your right to change your mind: If you are buying as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from today to withdraw, with no reason and no penalty, by any clear statement - an email to hello@kalebtec.com is enough. There is nothing to send back and nothing to pay to send it back: this is a service, so withdrawing costs you nothing but the message. Businesses do not have this right by law, but our own guarantee covers them identically.
What a withdrawal costs you: We deduct nothing at all, ever, before your audit reaches you. Any day up to that moment, on either route, the whole €195 comes back. Once it is in your inbox the audit is finished and delivered in full, and that is the point where the law says your right to change your mind is spent - because you asked us to start and you told us you understood that. Why there is no half-way point: a website arrives in pieces, so on a build we publish what we keep at each piece and cap it at half of what you paid. An audit arrives once, whole. There is no half of an audit for us to be holding, so there is one line instead of a ladder, and it is a line you can see from your side: the email we sent it in. What does not end there is our own promise - if there was no honest way to finish your site and your submission was genuine, the €195 comes back anyway.

Two routes, the same €195, the same audit, the same credit toward your build. Tick both and we write to you today. Leave them and we write to you the day after your 14 days end, and until that day the whole €195 is yours to take back for any reason. Spanish law asks for both before we may begin inside the period, so one on its own means we wait.

We wait, and that is a real option. We write to you within one business day of 30 September 2026, the day after your 14 days end. Nothing of yours is collected, opened or read before then. Same €195, same audit, same credit toward your build - the only difference is time, and until that day you can cancel for any reason and get the whole €195 back, with no judgment call about how far we had got.

The €195 includes VAT (IVA) and it is the whole price. There is nothing else to pay today and nothing that renews.

Your €195 works for you exactly once: it either comes off your build or comes back to you, never both. So if we ever refund it, there is nothing left to credit - and if we credit it, you paid it once and it did the job you paid it for.

The site we build carries the full guarantee - one fixed price agreed before anything starts, the code in your name, and a date you can hold us to. The audit is the one part that stands on its own, because it is a person reading your code rather than an automated scan.
