What you get: Self-managed site. A blog or directory where you edit content yourself. Up to 8 pages + 3 content types · in 6 weeks · 2 rounds.
The price: €5,000 total, VAT (IVA) included: the €5,000 Self-managed site plan. That's the whole price: nothing is added on the next screen, and nothing is added later unless you ask for it and agree the published price first.

Minimum term: None. It's a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews, nothing recurs, and there's nothing to cancel later.
Your right to change your mind: If you are buying as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from today to withdraw, with no reason and no penalty, by any clear statement. An email to hello@kalebtec.com is enough, and there is nothing to send back. Businesses do not have this right by law, but our own guarantee covers them the same way.
What a withdrawal costs you: Leave both boxes below unticked and withdrawing costs nothing: everything comes back, whatever we have done. If you ask us to start now and then withdraw inside the 14 days, we keep only the share of your price matching the work already in your hands: nothing before you have received something, at most 20% once you have approved a design direction, and at most 50% once we have delivered your first full build for review. Never more than half of what you paid, and never more than you have actually paid us. We only charge for a stage we can show you reached, through your written direction approval or our delivery email. If we cannot show it, the stage below applies.

Same price, scope and guarantee either way. Tick both and we start today. Leave them and we start when your 14 days are up. Spanish law needs both before we can start inside the 14 days, so one alone means we wait.

I expressly request that Kalebtec begin work on my website during the 14-day withdrawal period, without waiting for it to end.I understand that once Kalebtec has performed the contract in full, I will have lost my right of withdrawal.

We wait. Work begins on 14 November 2026, the day after your 14 days end, and your 6 weeks delivery window runs from then. Until that day you can cancel for any reason and get everything back.

This places the order and takes you to Stripe for your card. Nothing is charged before that screen.

What happens next

Your brief. After you pay, our confirmation email asks a few questions about your business. Answer when it suits you.
Your first preview. You pick one of five design directions. Your first full build is ready to review by 30 December 2026.
Revisions. 2 review rounds, with your changes sent in one batch per round.

Every price here includes VAT (IVA). Extra pages and express delivery are the only extras we sell, at fixed published rates, and nothing is ticked until you tick it.

Before you approve a design direction, you get everything back. After that, changing your mind costs only the published share for the stage you reached. If the work isn't good enough, a full refund stays available until you accept the finished site.

The two-year legal conformity guarantee applies whatever you tick. Spanish law gives consumers two years on the site we deliver, and it can't be signed away.
