Minimum term: None. This is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews, nothing recurs, and there is nothing to cancel later.
Your right to change your mind: If you are buying as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from today to withdraw, with no reason and no penalty, by any clear statement — an email to hello@kalebtec.com is enough. There is nothing to send back and nothing to pay to send it back: this is a service, so withdrawing costs you nothing but the message. Businesses do not have this right by law, but our own guarantee covers them identically.
What a withdrawal costs you: Leave the two boxes below unticked and it costs you nothing at all — everything comes back, whatever we have done. If you do ask us to start now and then withdraw inside the 14 days, we keep only the share of your price matching the part of the work already in your hands: nothing before you have received something, at most 20% once you have approved a design direction, and at most 50% once we have delivered your first full build for you to review. Never more than half of what you paid, and never more than you have actually paid us. We only charge for a stage we can show you reached — your written direction approval, or the delivery email we sent you. If we cannot show it, the stage below applies.

If you want us to start straight away (optional)

Two routes, the same price, the same scope and the same guarantee. Tick both and we start today. Leave them and we start when your 14 days are up. Spanish law asks for both before we may begin inside the period, so one on its own means we wait.

We wait, and that is fine. Work begins on 30 September 2026, the day after your 14 days end, and your 1 week delivery window runs from then. Same price, same scope, same guarantee — and until that day you can cancel for any reason and get everything back, with nothing deducted.

Every price here includes VAT (IVA), and the figure above is the whole price. Extra pages and express delivery are the only extras we sell, they are published at fixed rates, and none of them is chosen for you — nothing is ticked until you tick it. Nothing is added on the next screen, and nothing is added after your order unless you ask for it and agree the published price first.

Before you approve a design direction, everything comes back with nothing deducted. After that, a change of mind keeps only the published share for the stage you reached — and if the work simply is not good enough, a full refund stays available right up until you accept the finished site.

The two-year conformity guarantee applies whatever you tick. Spanish law gives consumers two years on the site we deliver, it cannot be signed away, and nothing on this page touches it.
