What's included

Your website,
finished and working.

One price covers the whole build — design, the invisible parts that make a site actually work, a real way to go live, and a person who is accountable for finishing it.

5 professional design directions

Five real designs of your site, in five distinct styles. You pick the one that feels like your business.

SEO fundamentals wired in

Semantic structure, metadata and performance handled from the start, so people can actually find you.

Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA

Contrast, structure and keyboard access done properly from the start, so everyone can use it. We ran the exam on ourselves, failed parts of it, and published every failure.

A real way to go live

Hosting with us, year 1 free (fair-traffic cap, 50GB/mo) — or the full code export with deployment instructions. Already own a domain? Pointing it at your new site is part of going live, and we do it with you.

Review rounds, and someone who finishes

You send your notes in one batch; we apply them. Someone at Kalebtec is responsible for getting your site done.

A human studio that makes the calls

The people who build your site make every design and build decision and are accountable for what ships. You don't pay by the hour. You pay for finished — a site you own, built by people who put their name on it.

Three things the price leaves to you

  • Your words and pictures. You supply the text and images; we design and build around them.
  • Third-party bills. Your domain name, paid fonts, ad or SEO campaigns, and any tool with its own subscription stay yours.
  • Moving an existing site across. Old content and redirects are agreed per order, in writing, before you buy.

Pricing

Three plans. All prices published.

Pick a plan and pay — that's the whole buying process. There is nothing else to negotiate, and nothing is ever added to your bill unless you asked for it and agreed the published price first.

Self-managed site

Manage your own content, yourself, forever.

Perfect for: a blog, a listings directory, a portfolio you update yourself

5,000

Standard price €5,000 — no increases planned

Up to 8 pages + 3 content types · in 6 weeks · 2 rounds

Everything in Multi-page, plus…

  • 3 — unlimited entries, forever
  • Your site and its code are yours, whatever happens to us

These are our standard prices, and we have no price increases planned. If that ever changes, we publish the new price and its start date before it starts, and the price that binds your order is the one published on the day you order. Every figure on this page is the total you pay, with any VAT (IVA) already inside it. The only thing that moves it is an extra you choose yourself, at a rate published on this page.

Not sure which fits?

Good to know

Is hosting included?

Your first year of hosting is on us — fair-traffic cap, 50GB/mo. After that it's just €15/mo or €150/yr — or take the full code export and host it yourself. Your site is always yours.

After we deliver — who keeps it current?

Hosting is free for year 1 whether or not you subscribe, and afterwards it's €15/mo or €150/yr on its own. Care is €39/mo, VAT included, and it starts the week we deliver: security and software updates kept current, a fix when something needs fixing, one small change a month (text, hours, prices, a photo) and hosting included. Care+ is €99/mo with three. No minimum term — it renews automatically and you cancel any time before the next renewal, with no exit fee; the site and its code stay yours either way.

How Care works →
What do five design directions actually look like?

Like this: one specialty coffee shop, and five different structures for its menu, its opening hours and its address. Not five colourways of one layout — a printed price list, a till roll, classified columns, gallery labels and a spec sheet. Your build starts the same way, with your business.

See the five designs →
How the delivery clock works

We publish it firm — in 1, 4 or 6 weeks. One clock, one start: it runs from your checkout date, the day your payment completes — or, if you asked us to wait until your 14-day withdrawal period ends, from the day after it ends. That later start only exists if you chose it. It pauses whenever we’re waiting on your intake, materials or feedback, and resumes the moment they arrive. The published window for your plan is the one we guarantee — a vendor-caused miss is your choice of refund or proportionate discount. Terms section 03 says exactly this, in the same words.

Extra pages

On Multi-page, extra pages are €375 each (+3 business days), up to 7 pages total: one price per page, flat and published. The price that binds your order is the one published on the day you place your order: order now and your extra pages stay €375 for the whole project, including any you agree with us later, right up to the day we deliver. Choose them on your order page before you pay, where the full resulting total is shown, or agree them with us later at the same price — either way you confirm the total before anything is charged. From the One-pager, the step up is Multi-page (up to 5), better value than stacking add-ons; at 8 pages it is the Self-managed site, and beyond that a custom build.

What counts as a review round

One consolidated batch of changes: you gather all your feedback, we apply it in a single pass. One-pager includes 1 round; Multi-page and Self-managed site include 2.

Do you build real online stores?

Yes. Stores vary too much for a single price tag, so we publish the custom-build band instead — €6,000 to €15,000, in our Terms section 02. Tell us what you sell and we send one fixed number inside it, in writing.

See how we price a store →
Bigger project — a large catalogue, a portal, 10+ pages?

That's a custom build. Same fixed-price promise, one short scoping conversation first — we still don't do open-ended quotes: we agree the scope once, you get one fixed price, and the guarantee is identical. Your site and its code are yours — that doesn't depend on us, whatever we build.

How is it this fast, and this affordable? AI-assisted tooling does the repetitive work; the people who build it make every decision and own every delivery — that's the difference between a website that's started and one that's finished.

Five, not one

You'll see five designs of your site. You pick one.

Most people show you one design and hope. We make five genuinely different ones from what you told us, and you decide. You can judge the standard before you buy anything: every one of our demos is a finished build you can open and press.

And it isn't all-or-nothing. Like the layout of one and the colours of another? Say so — we'll mix them. The point is to land on something that feels like you, not to make you settle.

See the demos

Still not sure? You can get every euro back.

A full refund is yours for the asking at any point before you accept the finished site — not just before you pick a direction. No questions, no forms, no fee: send one message and it's done. Change your mind after approving a direction and we keep a published share of your price for the stage you'd reached — never more than half of what you paid; unhappy with the work and it's 100%, always. The risk stays on our side of the table.

The Kalebtec Websites guarantee

You pay up front. You can get it all back.

Payment is taken in full at checkout, before we start — we won't pretend otherwise. What makes it safe is that every euro stays reversible until you accept the finished site. The risk is ours, not yours.

  • Before you pick a design

    Full refund, nothing deducted

Change your mind before approving a direction — even after seeing all five — and everything comes back.

  • Right up to final acceptance

    Not satisfied? Money back

Not happy with the work at any point before you accept the finished site? Full 100% refund. The window does not close when you approve a design direction.

  • If we're late

Refund or discount — your call

Miss the delivery window that runs from your checkout date, or from the day you asked us to start, and you choose how we make it right.

How a refund actually works, any time before you accept the finished site - three steps, no forms:

  1. Reply and say the word

Answer any email from us with "I'd like a refund." That's the whole request — no form, no call to book.

  2. We confirm, same day

A person replies the same day. No retention pitch. If you're unhappy with the work there is nothing to justify — we only ask which of the two paths it is, because that changes the amount.

  3. Back to your card

Unhappy with the work: 100% comes back, always. Changed your mind after approving a direction: we keep a published share of your price for the stage you'd reached — at most 20% once you've approved a direction, at most 50% once we've delivered a build to review, and never more than half of what you paid. Straight to your original Stripe method, and no exit fee either way.

Buying as a consumer? For the first 14 days after ordering you get everything back with nothing deducted, whatever your reason — that is the law, and we say so rather than hide it. Buying as a business? You have no statutory withdrawal right, so on a change of mind the stage share applies from the moment you approve a direction. And we'd rather lose a sale than ship a site you don't want your name on.

Am I locked in?

Your website, your choice of where it lives.

Stay because it's convenient, not because leaving is difficult. Either way we'll help you get set up, and the site and its IP are in your name.

Option A · We host it

We keep it running.

Year 1 is included. From year 2, hosting is €15/month or €150/year with 50GB/month included — or Care from €39/month, which includes hosting and a small change every month.

  • No infrastructure to manage
  • Changes on demand at €100/h — 20% off once you're on Care
  • Care from €39/mo: hosting, updates and a small change each month
  • Move whenever you choose
Option B · You take it

Everything needed to move.

We hand over the complete website package with no exit fee.

  • Full source code
  • A plain deployment guide
  • Or we walk you through the whole move, step by step
  • Your website and IP transferred at acceptance

No hostage hosting · support is available either way

After we deliver: hosting is free for year 1, then €15/mo — or Care from €39/mo, which includes it along with a small change every month. Exports run to your own hosting today; WordPress and Webflow targets are coming later.

FAQ

Questions people ask

What exactly is a "review round"?

One batch of changes: you gather everything you'd like adjusted, send it once, and we apply it. The one-pager includes 1 round; multi-page includes 2. Sending notes in batches is what keeps the price flat and the delivery date real.

Who owns the site and the IP?

You do, in full, from the moment you accept it. Hosted with us or exported to your own hosting — the site and its intellectual property are handed over either way.

Do you use AI to build my site?

Yes — the way any good studio uses every modern tool. AI does the repetitive hours; the people who build your site make every design and engineering decision, review the site by hand, and put their name on the result.

You're not paying for tokens or a robot's first draft — you're paying for a finished site a human is accountable for. That's exactly why it's this fast, and this affordable.

I started my site with an AI builder and got stuck — can you finish it?

Yes — that's a big part of who we're for, and we keep what's good: your content, your structure and your design decisions wherever they hold up. We rebuild only the parts that can't be made safe or maintainable, and the audit tells you roughly how much of your work stays before you commit to anything.

Whether you ran out of credits, couldn't get the design right, or weren't sure about hosting, SEO or accessibility, we take it from where it is to a finished, owned, hosted site. It starts with a €195 AI Site Audit, credited in full toward the build — one fixed price to finish, not a quote to chase. You don't pay for tokens. You pay for finished.

See how we finish an AI site →

How does express delivery work?

One-pager: 2-day delivery at +100%. Multi-page: halved turnaround at +50%. The Self-managed site plan has no express option — that kind of work isn't worth rushing.

Adding pages? Extra pages add €375 and 3 business days each — and express and extra pages can be combined. You choose either one on your order page, before you pay — neither is ever pre-selected, and the total there includes everything you have chosen. You can also agree either one with us after you buy, at the same published rate, and nothing starts until you say yes.

Really — no calls at all?

On the three published plans, really. Everything happens in writing: pay, complete the intake wizard, pick a direction, send your notes, accept. If you'd like to talk to us, you're welcome to — it's just never something you have to schedule to move forward.

One honest exception: a custom build (past the Self-managed site's 8 pages) starts with one short scoping conversation before you pay, because that's the only way the fixed price can be real. And if you ask for work beyond what your plan includes, we quote it in one line and you decide — nothing starts until you say yes.

Can my site be in Spanish, English, or both?

Yes — we work in Spanish and English, for local Spanish businesses and international solopreneurs alike. Tell us your language(s) in the intake wizard and we design for it from the start.

What's the Self-managed site plan, exactly?

A multi-page site with your own content editor, at €5,000 flat — so you can edit everything yourself, forever. We agree an up-front scope (up to 8 pages plus up to 3 content types you can edit), build in 6 weeks with 2 review rounds, and hand it over. You can also start with Multi-page and add editing later — it's an easy upgrade.

What if I need more pages than the plan includes?

On Multi-page, extra pages are €375 each (+3 business days each), chosen on your order page before you pay at that published price, up to 7 pages total — flat and published, never a quote. The price that binds your order is the one published on the day you place your order: order now and your extra pages stay €375 for that project, including any you agree with us later, right up to the day we deliver. Nothing is pre-selected, the order page shows the resulting total and delivery date before you agree to anything, and you can still add pages afterwards at the same price. On the One-pager, if you need more than one page, Multi-page (up to 5) is simply better value, so we point you there rather than stacking add-ons.

Need eight pages? That is what the Self-managed site is — 8 pages plus an editor you own, whether or not you wanted the editor, and it is the cheaper of the two routes past Multi-page. Something bigger, like a portal or a large catalogue? That's a custom build — same fixed-price promise, one short scoping conversation first.

Why is there a page limit at all?

So the price can stay fixed and the delivery date honest. A published "up to" count is guaranteed headroom, not a hard ceiling — most businesses are happy inside 5 pages, and if you need more you add them at a flat published rate or step up a plan. Each plan tops out where the next one starts: Multi-page at 7 pages, the Self-managed site at 8, so no plan quietly becomes a cheaper version of the one above it.

It also keeps us honest: no quietly padding the scope, and no quietly padding the bill.

What counts as a content type on the Self-managed site?

A content type is a kind of thing you update yourself — blog posts, team members, services, listings. The Self-managed site includes up to 3, with unlimited entries in each, forever — post as many articles or list as many services as you like.

One price per page. No per-feature, per-section, or per-content-type fees. Ever. Need more content types, relations between them, accounts/logins or a shop? That's a custom build.

What if none of the five designs feels right?

Tell us what's off and we'll mix elements across them — that's normal, not a complaint. And if you'd still rather walk away, you get a full refund, no questions, any time before you accept the finished site.

What if I change my mind while you're building?

Two honest paths. If you're not happy with the work - a quality issue - that's the satisfaction guarantee: a full refund any time before you accept the finished site. You only ever pay once you're happy.

If the work is fine and you simply want out mid-build, it depends on when. Before you approve a design direction, everything comes back with nothing deducted. After that we keep only the share of the work already in your hands, and never more than the cap we publish for that stage: at most 20% of your price once you've approved a direction, at most 50% once we've delivered a build for you to review - never more than half of what you paid, and never more than you have actually paid us. The rest goes straight back to your card. No penalty, no exit fee.

Two qualifiers, stated plainly. Consumers: for 14 days after you order the statutory withdrawal right comes first, so nothing at all is deducted, whatever your reason. Businesses (autónomos, companies) have no statutory withdrawal right, so on a change of mind the hours count from direction approval onward.

What happens after the free hosting year?

Your choice: stay for €15/mo or €150/yr, add Care from €39/mo (which includes hosting), or take the full code export — with plain deployment instructions — to your own hosting. WordPress and Webflow targets are coming later.

Can you keep looking after my site after launch?

Yes — that's Care. From €39/mo or €390/yr it includes hosting, security and software updates kept current, we-fix-it-if-it-breaks, and one small change a month (one thing, on one page, ready to publish: text, hours, prices, a photo, a post you send us ready). Care+ is €99/mo with three changes a month and a faster first reply.

Prefer to pay only when you need something? That's €100/h, and the least we ever bill is €50, always agreed before we start — and 20% off that once you're on Care. What counts as a small change, and what is an add-on instead, is printed in full on the Care page.
